The program respects members by sending only the most necessary reminders for active items on their accounts without any annoying spam.
Excess Access now offers 2 options for the inkind donor. Matching is done in-house and automatic email alerts do everything after the initial posting including selecting recipients on a first-come first-served basis. Or, for those who prefer a more hands-on approach, the new system allows choosing recipients from waiting lists, browsing wishes and gifts, and making potential match queries. The improved site is now more flexible to meet your needs whether you want a single, simple action, or a range of choices and both offer speed and privacy. It is expertly designed to work for everyone.
The Excess Access team spent over 18 months completely optimizing and modernizing every aspect of the system.
