(WKRC) – A non-profit organization uses an often discarded part of the body to clean up deadly oil spills: the hair on your head.

No, they won’t flip you over and use you like a mop. Matter of Trust has developed a variety of programs to stimulate and protect the environment. Their most surprising, however, is their campaign to turn discarded hair, fur, fleece, and fuzz into mats that soak up excess dangerous oil from oil spills in bodies of water, or even on land.
